  • Medical History: We collect details of your previous medical history relevant to the procedures you are interested in.
  • Pregnancy/Breastfeeding Status: If applicable, you will need to disclose whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Previous Plastic Operations: You must disclose any previous plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures.
  • Occupation: This information is collected to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your background for treatment planning.
  • Video Submission: You may be required to upload a video demonstrating or explaining the procedure you want to be done. This helps our specialists better understand your needs.

2. Use of Email and Phone Number

  • Email Address: We use your email to verify its existence and for core functionality such as password recovery. Additionally, we may use your email for clinic notifications in the future.
  • Phone Number: We use your phone number to facilitate two-factor authentication (2FA) every time you log in. It may also be used for future clinic-related notifications.
